Civil Engineering Lead - Milwaukee, WI

A well-established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineering Lead to direct complex civil design and land development projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and technical teams.
• Manage technical quality, schedules, scope, budgets, and project delivery.
• Support proposal strategy, business development, and client relationship growth.
• Mentor junior staff and improve engineering workflows and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Strong land development, site planning, grading, roadway, stormwater, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, water, storm and sanitary sewer experience.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D background.
• Project management, QA/QC, contract administration, construction inspection and field coordination experience.

Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
