Managing Principal – Folsom, CA

Lead the Sacramento-area office in Folsom, California. The Managing Principal will direct a multidisciplinary team, strengthen client relationships, and support office growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering/office leadership for regional projects and staff.
• Develop business across the greater Sacramento metropolitan area.
• Maintain excellent client service and long-term client relationships.
• Support office growth, profitability, and active community involvement.
• Represent the office through professional organizations and regional relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in land use planning or civil engineering.
• Ten years of project management experience overseeing staff and projects.
• MA in City/Regional Planning or BS in Civil Engineering, plus California PE or AICP certification.
• Proven success developing business in the Sacramento region.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills, with leadership experience in professional organizations.

Compensation

$150,000.00–$225,000.00 per year.
