Civil Engineer / Project Manager - Milwaukee, WI

A well-established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to support a diverse practice involving site development, grading, stormwater management, sanitary and storm sewer rehabilitation, water distribution, low-impact development and green infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design teams and manage project delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, technical quality and client coordination.
• Mentor staff and support proposals and business development.
• Coordinate field data collection, construction inspection and contract administration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Wisconsin PE registration or close to obtaining it.
• Minimum 8 years of civil infrastructure and/or land development design experience.
• Public and private sector project experience.
• Strong site planning, roadway/parking, grading, stormwater, erosion control, water and sewer systems experience.
• Project management, construction inspection, contract administration, marketing and business development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Estimated Pay Range: $105,000 - $145,000 per year.
